Microbubble generation nozzle using a fine pore method with a sintered metal filter element to generate transparent microbubbles.
We have developed an element with finer pores than sintered metal used for filter applications, utilizing the manufacturing technology of sintered metal filter elements. As a result, it has become possible to generate bubbles that are so fine they cannot be seen with the naked eye. Although they cannot be confirmed visually, we believe they are microbubbles; however, we cannot guarantee this as we have not measured them. The generation method is based on fine pore technology, and the generated fine bubbles (microbubbles) are transparent. Since it is not a pressurized method, there is no cloudiness.
